Air Products (NYSE: APD) has completed the sale of the assets of their polyurethane pre-polymers business to COIM USA Inc. The business was marketed under the Airthane and Versathane trade names. COIM USA Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of polyurethane chemicals producer COIM SpA. Air Products manufacturing facility in Paulsboro, NJ, was included in the sale.
