Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE: ADS) has appointed Charles L. Horn as Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Horn will assume the position on December 7, 2009. Horn previously served as CFO for two large publicly traded companies. Prior to joining Alliance Data he held the position of CFO for Builders Firstsource, Inc. Horn has also served as Finance and Treasury VP for Pier 1 Imports' retail operations where he oversaw the company's private label credit card program and related operations.
