Tiger Woods Draws Ire of Fellow Golfer, Jesper Parnevik Says Elin Should Have Used Driver

The Tiger Woods drama continues to unfold and now his fellow PGA players are getting involved, not all of them showing support for golf’s world number one.

Jesper Parnevik is one of those golfers taking swings at Woods. As it happens, Parnevik once employed Elin Nordegren, Woods’ wife, as a family nanny and actually introduced the pair years ago. Following Woods’ apology on Wednesday in which he admitted to “transgressions” Parnevik found no reason to forgive.

Parnevik said he felt terrible about introducing Elin to Woods and actually told reporters he felt that he and his wife were at fault for hooking the pair up. He then went on to say “I would probably have to apologize to her and hope she uses a driver next time instead of a three-iron,” a reference to reports that Elin may have struck Tiger after learning of his affair.
