Wholesale Furniture Brokers Returns for Cyber Monday II
Wholesale Furniture Brokers has geared up for the first major Christmas shopping day in December by launching a new one day Cyber Monday II sale on December 7, 2009. The concern over the remaining inventory that Wholesale Furniture Brokers' manufacturers have in stock including recliners, convertible sofas, and bedrooms has given the furniture retailer more reason to further improve availability. "We are letting our customers know which products will be able to ship in time for Christmas by adding deadlines to the products," says Matt Holmes, Wholesale Furniture Brokers' Marketing Manager. "This will help online shoppers take advantage of our one day sale and get the products they want in time for Christmas."
Wholesale Furniture Brokers launched its one day Cyber Monday II sale on December 7, 2009 on the USA and Canada websites. The sale will end at midnight and features more new products and free shipping coupons. Online shoppers on either website are encouraged to call in to find out if they qualify for additional discounts on their orders. Discounts may be available to customers that order more than three of the same product or over $5000. "Since there are so many products to choose from during the Cyber Monday II sale, customers can call in to see if they qualify for more of a discount," adds Holmes. "Our sales team will be ready for the increased volume of calls and orders today."
After the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales at Wholesale Furniture Brokers, some of the popular products have been running low on stock at the manufacturers' warehouses. Wholesale Furniture Brokers has been preparing for the Cyber Monday II sale by updating product listings on the websites with new availability notes that will let online shoppers know which products will be able to ship in time for Christmas. "To ensure that the items customers want are still available, they should place their order as soon as possible. If inventory runs out, we can still place their order but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas as the products will be backordered," explains Holmes.
Last year, Wholesale Furniture Brokers experienced a 279% increase in sales on Cyber Monday II, compared to the daily average. Traffic to the website also increased by 8% compared to the monthly average. For the Cyber Monday II sale, Wholesale Furniture Brokers expects a 300% increase in sales compared to the daily average. A 15% increase in traffic compared to the monthly average is also anticipated.
Newsletters were sent out to customers to inform them of the sale. Social networking sites were also used to reach out to the larger market.
