EPA Concludes Greenhouse Gases Endanger Human Health

Finance World News Update by EQUITIES Magazine

The Environmental Protection Agency is scheduled to make an announcement today regarding the negative effects of greenhouse gases on human health and the necessity of regulation. The announcement signals that the Obama administration is prepared to contain global warming without congressional action if necessary.

Under a Supreme Court ruling, an endangerment finding is required before the EPA can regulate carbon dioxide and five other greenhouse gases released from power plants, factories and automobiles under the federal Clean Air Act.
