Greenwich Entrepreneurs Make Connecticut Governor’s Race More Interesting

Finance World News Update by EQUITIES Magazine

Candidates Democrat Ned Lamont and Republican Tom Foley have both hinted that they are willing to invest their personal wealth in the effort to become Governor.

Joining Republican Lt Gov. Michael Fedele and Democrat James Amann, Foley announced last week that he was seeking the GOP nomination to replace Gov. m. Jodi Rell, also saying that he “probably won’t” participate in the state’s public campaign financing program.

Lamont hasn’t officially said whether he will run for governor, though he has formed an exploratory committee.
