Plea Expected for Fund Manager Accused in $150 Million Scam

Finance World News Update by EQUITIES Magazine

Manhattan federal judge Richard Sullivan notified investors who may have been harmed by the alleged actions of James Nicholson that he will enter a plea on Friday.

Sullivan explained that the notification was issued because federal crime victims have a right to be heard at any proceeding involving release, plea, sentencing or a parole hearing.

Nicholson was arrested in February 2008 on securities fraud charges, accused of cheating investors of roughly $150 million.
