In addition, with over ten years’ experience in the industry, he is a specialist in plantation planting, palm species and plantation operations.
Before coming to Asian Plantations, Melka was a private venture capitalist in Southeast Asia, successfully taking companies from concept to operations and, finally, third party capital infusion. In charge of corporate development, acquisitions and finance, Melka’s ten years with Credit Suisse First Boston’s investment banking division is a testament to his financial expertise.
