Silver Companies Fell in Tuesday Noon Trading

Several of America’s top silver companies saw decreases in Tuesday’s afternoon trading.

The following companies show a variety of results by noon in trading:

Hecla Mining (NYSE: ML) fell 20 cents, or 3.0 percent, to $6.47.

Pan American Silver (NASDAQ: PAAS) fell 23 cents, or 0.9 percent, to $25.16.

Silver Standard (NASDAQ: SSRI) fell 19 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $23.64.

Silver Wheaton (NYSE: SLW) fell 62 cents, or 3.9 percent, to $15.23.
