GOOOH Founder on WGN-TV Midday News Show Dec. 16

Grassroots Election Movement Gains Steam

GET OUT OF OUR HOUSE founder, Tim Cox, will appear on WGN-TV’s Midday News Show Wednesday, December 16th.  The show airs from 11:00-1:00 pm. Wednesday evening, 6:30-8:30, Tim will demonstrate how GOOOH intends to restore representation to the Congress at the Holiday Inn Express near O’Hare Airport, 6600 Mannheim Road, Rosemont, IL.

GET OUT OF OUR HOUSE (GOOOH, pronounced GO) is a plan to replace each sitting member of the House of Representatives with a citizen legislator whose positions on 100 key issues have been documented and published, and who has pledged to serve no more than two terms.

Cox’s career as a systems designer put him at the forefront of several innovations, including credit card readers in gasoline pumps. Tim was annoyed that elections were not working. 85% of Americans profess to disapprove of the Congress, yet 95% of incumbents win re-election. He concluded that Two-Party control of elections and the massive cost of mounting a campaign ensure that outsiders cannot win.

Here’s where GOOOH comes in. GOOOH membership is cost free on the website. When membership has reached “critical mass” of 500,000, GOOOH will ask its members to make a $100 donation  towards election of tomorrow’s Thomas Jeffersons, James Madisons and Betsy Rosses. $50 million dollars will fund a state of the art media campaign for all GOOOH candidates, selected in the spring within each congressional district outside the primary process. Tim Cox summarizes GET OUT OF OUR HOUSE as follows. “Our story is compelling: Fire the career politicians, take the money out of politics, break the death grip the parties have on our representatives, and hold our leaders accountable. Every person in America will like that story.”  Reserve your place at the December 16th 6:30-8:30 pm event at Holiday Inn Express near O’Hare Airport by emailing GOOOH.IL@GMAIL.COM or phone Heath at 847-561-3361.
