Kellogg Co. made the announcement Tuesday that 22-year Kellog veteran Ronald Dissinger, has been promoted to chief financial officer as of Jan. 3.
Dissinger will take over for John Bryant who has been dually serving as both CFO and CEO. for Kellogg. Dissinger will continue reporting to Bryant.
Dissinger’s formerly held positions as the company’s North American CFO as well as the CFO for its Kellogg European and International divisions.
The Michigan based company produces such products as Corn Flakes, Kashi, Garden Burger, Pop Tarts and more.
On Tuesday, Kelloggs share fell 27 cents to $52.62.
