United America Indemnity, Ltd. (NASDAQ: INDM) has appointed Thomas M. McGeehan as Senior VP and CFO. Mr. McGeehan will assume the position immediately. He will report directly to the President and CEO of UAI and their wholly owned subsidiary, United America Indemnity Group, Inc., Larry A. Frakes.

Mr. McGeehan was appointed as the Interim CFO of UAI in May of 2008, as VP in February 2006 and as Corporate Controller in September 2005. He received his Bachelor's of Business Administration from Temple University. He also graduated from La Salle University with an MBA. He earned his Master of Taxation from Villanova University.
