The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) has appointed Angela F. Braly to their Board of Directors. Ms. Braly is currently serving WellPoint, Inc. (NYSE: WLP) as the President and CEO. She will assume her position on the board immediately.
Ms. Braly has been serving as President and CEO of WellPoint since June 2007. Prior to that position she served as Executive VP, General Counsel and Chief Public Affairs Officer since April of 2005. She also worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri as President and CEO from August 2003-April 2005.
