W.P. Carey & Co. LLC (NYSE:WPC) has announced that one of their REIT affiliates, CPA:17-Global, has purchased the North American HQ of Mori Seiki Co. Ltd., in Hoffman Estates, IL. The newly completed building was developed and constructed by McShane Development Company. The facility, which is leased to Mori Seiki, was acquired for approximately $33 million.
