This was the company's first ever exploration program on Eagle. The company's objective was to determine whether the gold mineralization could grow from its current 43-101 indicated resource of 2.7 million ounces. The drill holes showed that mineralization occurs at least 175m below the current resource envelope. The drill holes also demonstrate that gold mineralization extends to the west of the current resource by at least 175m.
