SEC Will ‘Vigorously Pursue’ Charges Against Bank of America

After a judge threw out the Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposed $33 million settlement with Bank of America, SEC Director Robert Khuzami confirmed that the agency will go to trial with its charges.

 

The charges involve Bank of America’s disclosure of bonuses to Merrill Lynch employees.
