While most people were watching Donald Trump on “The Apprentice” on Sunday night there were another 80,000 wrestling fans in Detroit watching the coifed one sweat out a grudge match that could have resulted in a freshly shaven head.
In a matched dubbed the “Battle of the Billionaires,” Donald Trump squared off against World Wrestling Entertainment owner Vince McMahon with the loser facing the clippers. Well it was almost like that. Rather than actually get in the ring and get their hands dirty the ridiculously wealthy have others fight for them. Trump selected Bobby Lashley to fight his battle while McMahon sent Umaga into the squared circle.
Trump must have been inspired during the match as he opted to throw a few punches of his own, several landing on the dome of McMahon. When all was said and done it was Trump’s rep that pinned McMahon’s “Samoan Bulldozer” and the ensuing hair cut took place in front of the packed Ford Field.
While Trump kept his hair he nearly lost his head. Guest referee “Stone Cold” Steve Austin opted to give Trump a “Stunner,” a move in which he drove Donald’s head into his shoulder, something the packed house all seemed to enjoy.
