During the meeting 97.9% of the outstanding common stock voted for the approval of the election of directors of the company. Elected directors include V. Peter Harder, Julie Lee Harrs, JA Kirk McKinnon, William Nielsen, John Sanderson, Richard Schler, and Quentin Yarie.

Also voted for during the meeting were the company’s name change, its Amended and Restated 2006 Stock Option Plan, and the ratification of the appointment of MSCM LLP, Chartered Accountants. The votes received for each topic were 98.6%, 75.4%, and 98.9% respectively. The name change vote was to change the company’s name from Uranium Star Corp to Energizer Resources Inc.
