NFL News: Tom Brady Questionable for New England Patriots Game on Sunday

Tom Brady is being listed as questionable for the New England Patriots game against the Carolina Panther son Sunday after injuries to his right shoulder, a finger and his ribs held him out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday and limited his participation on Friday.

Brady’s ribs could be the biggest question coming into the game. The 2007 NFL MVP took a big hit in last Sunday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins and while he didn’t miss a snap it may have done some damage to his ribs.

The injury to Brady’s finger was an issue prior to last week’s game and while he threw for 352 yards and two touchdowns he also had a pair of interceptions.

Coach Bill Belichick commented on Brady’s availability against Carolina saying, “I'm sure that Tom will do what he always does, which is do everything he possibly can to be as ready as he can be for the game. I'm sure he'll do that. And he has done that. We'll put him on the injury report and see where things are at Sunday.”
