Resource Capital Corp reported today that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per common share.
Shareholders of record on December 31 will receive it Jan 26.
Resource Capital stock jumped 12 cents, or 2.6 percent, to $4.76 in morning trading.
