Finance World News Update by EQUITIES Magazine

Brazilian Energy Minister Edison Lobao said Brazil’s government is working to reach an accord with Peru by March to build power plants. The plants will be employed to secure energy supplies as economic growth picks up.

The governments are planning five hydroelectric plants in Peru that will produce 6,000 megawatts of electricity. Peru will keep the energy it needs and supply to rest to cities in Brazil’s Amazon jungle.
