Black Hawk Exploration, Inc. (OTC:BHWX) has announced that it has acquired 75% interest in the Dun Glen Mine in Pershing County Nevada. The interest will be acquired by Black Hawk’s wholly owned subsidiary Golden Black Hawk. Under the terms of the agreement, Golden Black Hawk will pay a total of $100,000 for the acquisition.
