SK3 Group, Inc. (PKS. SKTO) will move their corporate headquarters to California on January 1, 2010. The company made this decision following their agreements with Medical Billing Specialist, Inc. and Angels of the Valley Hospice Care, LLC. The move will provide a much greater access to their existing customer base and one of the largest markets for the healthcare industry in the US. The Florida office will now become the company's regional sales location for the Southeast.
