The Phillies have a provisional agreement to acquire pitcher Roy Halladay in a trade with Toronto. Halladay was in Philadelphia yesterday for a physical. The physical is required to complete the trade. It seems as though the Phillies are in the mood for trades. They are also reviewing the possibility of sending Cliff Lee to the Seattle Mariners. As of right now the commissioner’s office granted a 72-hour window on Sunday for Toronto and Philadelphia to finalize the trade.
