The Wolverine: starring Hugh Jackman, Will Yun Lee, Hiroyuki Sanada, Hal Yamanouchi and Tao Okamoto. The action/adventure film follows Wolverine as he is forced to confront his past as well as the prospect of death. Rated PG 13
The Mortal Instruments - City of Bones: starring Lily Collins, Robert Maillet, Kevin Durand, Lena Headey and Jonathan Rhys-Meyers. The sci-fi adventure film focuses on a NYC teenager who discovers she descends from a line of Shadowhunters who protect humans from demons. She finds other like herself and goes with them to an alternate New York called Downworld. Rated PG 13
The Smurfs 2: starring Hank Azaria, Neil Patrick Harris, Brendan Gleeson, Jayma Mays, Katy Perry and Jonathan Winters. In this sequel to The Smurfs, Smurfette is kidnapped by the evil wizard Gargamel because she knows a spell that can turn his Naughties creatures into real Smurfs. The other Smurfs must team up with their human friends to save her. Rated PG
Drinking Buddies: starring Olivia Wilde, Jake Johnson, Anna Kendrick, Ron Livingston, Ti West and Gene Dentler. The romantic comedy focuses on the relationship between brewery co-workers Luke and Kate. They are perfect for each other in every way, except that they are both dating other people. Rated R
Argo: starring Ben Affleck, Alan Arkin, John Goodman, Bryan Cranston and Taylor Schilling. The thriller centers on a CIA extractor who hopes to rescue six Americans stranded in Iran by posing as a film producer scouting locations for filming in Tehran. Rated R
Good Ol’Freda: starring Freda Kelly, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, George Harrison and John Lennon. The documentary explores Freda Kelly’s career as a secretary for The Beatles. Rated PG
