A Very Nice True Holiday Story, Brought to You by World Trader Coffee
World Trader Coffee ships all over the world, no matter what. We even have a customer who lives where FedEx and UPS is unable to offer ground services. They are forced to deliver coffee to him through by air. Unfortunately for this customer, the freight to buy a $60.00 order of coffee is raised to well over $70.00. However this customer happily pays $120.00 or more for each order.
After their last order they received an email from World Trader Coffee to inform them that we appreciate their business so much and that we are sorry about the unfortunate added cost of the delivery through FedEx and UPS. Since it was costing them so much money to buy our coffee, we decided to add an extra bag of coffee in their box as long as they let us know about it in advance.
The customer’s response was, “Yes, we will let you know of our order in advance. But instead of sending us the extra bag, please take it to a shelter near you. They need it and will enjoy it.”
