GESM) wholly owned subsidiary Enable, has signed an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreement with VClouds Ltd. to deliver email management to VClouds customers. The VClouds OEM contract extends the Enable email management software to over 500 new businesses throughout the world. The agreement is going to bring GuestTek an initial retainer of $20,000 and fees based on user growth.
