7-Eleven Buys New-England Convenience Chain

7-Eleven Inc. purchased convenience store New England Pantry from affiliates of the wealth management firm Sander, Morris, Harris Group Inc. they announced Wednesday. The deal is meant to expand the presence of the convenience conglomerate in the Boston area.

7-Eleven is a privately held company with over 37,000 in 16 countries. New England Pantry has 58 stores beneath the greater White Hen Pantry Brand.
