Whitney Houston to get Custody After Divorce

When Whitney Houston officially divorces Bobby Brown later this month she will be awarded custody of the couple’s 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

Orange County Superior Court Judge Franz E. Miller ruled on Wednesday that the 14-year marriage between the two would be over April 24.

Houston has collected 23 American Music Awards, six Grammy Awards and a pair of Emmys. She is the only artist to ever have seven consecutive number one hits on the Billboard Hot 100, eclipsing a record held by Elvis Presley and The Beatles
