Halifax Corporation of Virginia Appoints Rob Drennen as Chief Financial Officer

Halifax Corporation of Virginia (PKS. HALX) has hired Rob Drennen as CFO of the company. Mr. Drennen will assume the position on January 4, 2010. He was previously a consultant to the company. He will succeed the current CFO, Joseph Sciacca, in the position. Rob brings over 20 years of experience in financial management. Mr. Drennen is also a Certified Public Accountant.
