Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corp (OTC:ADMP) has announced that it will enter into a definitive merger agreement the acquisition of La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company. The transaction was unanimously approved by both companies’ boards of directors. The deal is expected to be closed by the end of the first quarter of 2010.
