Belo Corp. Announces Carey P. Hendrickson to Succeed Dennis A. Williamson as Executive VP Upon Retirement

Belo Corp. (NYSE: BLC) has announced the retirement of its Executive VP and CFO, Dennis A. Williamson. Mr. Williamson will retire from the company on March 5, 2010. Carey P. Hendrickson will become Senior VP and CFO upon the retirement of Williamson.

Hendrickson has held various positions in finance and administration. Since November 2007, he has served as the company's Senior VP and Chief Accounting Officer. He graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. He also graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with an MBA in Finance.
