Sabina Gold & Silver Corp Close Private Placement for Gross Proceeds of $7.3 Million

Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. (TSX: SBB) has completed its private placement of 5,750,00 flow through common shares at $1.27 per share. The private placement resulted in gross proceeds of approximately $7.3 million. The group of underwriters was led by Dundee Securities Corporation. The underwriters had received a cash commission of 6.0% on the gross proceeds of the transaction.
