DoMark International, Inc. (OTCBB: DOMK) filed for arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association on December 1, 2009, for rescission and consequential damages arising out of the contract to purchase Victory Lane, LLC from Victory Lane Financial Elite, LLC.

As disclosed in previous filings, DoMark sued to rescind the Victory Lane LLC acquisition and for consequential damages in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, on August 10, 2009. On the same day, Victory Lane Financial Elite LLC, the former principal of Victory Lane LLC, simultaneously filed suit in Tattnall County Georgia. DoMark has filed a motion for the dismissal of the Tattnall County action against DoMark and expects all claims to be adjudicated in arbitration pursuant to AAA procedures.
