Cybex International Inc. (NASDAQ: CYBI), which makes exercise equipment, said Thursday that a former Citizens Bank regional president has joined its board, according to Associated Press.
Robert Smyth was most recently president of Citizens Bank, Massachusetts, where he was in charge of the Commercial Banking business in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine as well as coordinating all of Citizen’s business lines in Massachusetts.
