Enjoy the Holiday Family Tradition of Albuquerque’s 16th Annual River of Lights

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO. (December XX, 2013). Peoples Flower Shops, an Albuquerque, New Mexico based, family-owned and operated florist, reminds customers to visit the family-friendly 16th Annual River of Lights held from November 30, 2013 to January 5, 2014 from 6-9pm with extended hours on some evenings until 10pm. The event is held at the ABQ BioPark-Botanic Garden in Old Town at 2601 Central Avenue NW.

 The River of Lights includes millions of sparkling lights included in over 150 light displays, sculptures, and a synchronized light show at New Mexico’s largest walkthrough holiday event. Each year features new displays and incredible craftsmanship from BioPark artists. Many of the evenings will also feature live entertainment and the G-scale model railroad. The event will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Tickets are $10 for adults, 13 years old and over, and $5 for children, ages 3-12. Children under 3 are free. There are special group discounts for 50 or more and 100 or more people.
