Mr. Sharpe will report to the President and CEO, Jeffrey W. Griffiths. He replaces Rick Boucher, who is leaving the company in order to pursue other interests. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in management. He also graduated from Rider University with an MBA in business administration.
