Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) is recalling 700,000 bonus packs of Vicks DayQuil capsules because they are not childproof, according to Associated Press.
The consumer product maker, based in Cincinnati, said Friday the affected products do not contain child-resistant packaging, despite such labeling claims on the box. P&G includes extra packs of DayQuil Cold & Flu 24-Count LiquiCaps as a special offer during the cold season.
