Chairman of Board and Founder of SPOOFEM.COM (PINKSHEETS: SPOF) Gregory Evans recently announced that SPOOFEM.COM has appointed Charles R. Anderson II to the new Board of Directors. Mr. Anderson, the President and Founder of I-Tech Management Systems, LLC, joins SPOOFEM's Board of Directors effective immediately.

Anderson has been in management for 13 years, starting as the Manager of Operations for telecommunications company Conference America, Inc. in 1997. After completing his Master's degree in Organizational Communication & Management in 2004, Anderson began working for Lockheed Martin Corporation where he began working on various classified government contracts. He holds a Top Secret Clearance with polygraph.
