The autopsy of actress Brittany Murphy was completed yesterday and authorities report that the 32-year-old appeared to have died of natural causes. Even before the results were out, speculation and rumors were flying as to the reasons behind the actress’ unexpected death on Sunday.
Gossip ranging from diet-induced health problems, drugs, anorexia and even her new husband, Simon Monjack are still thick in the air.
Condolences go out to her husband and family, who have endured a major loss, especially so close to the holidays.
