TAM (NYSE: TAM) and LAN Argentina Expand Flight Codeshare Agreement

TAM (NYSE: TAM) and LAN Argentina have expanded the flight codeshare agreement signed between the companies. The expanded agreement will offer additional comfort and convenience for passengers wishing to travel between Brazil and Argentina.

The partnership will allow TAM to use its own code to sell flights operated by LAN Argentina. For its part, LAN Argentina has the rights to sell TAM flights departing from different Brazilian destinations. The agreement will go into effect for flights beginning on January 4, 2010.

 

TAM S.A. (TAM) is engaged in providing scheduled air transportation in both the domestic market and the international market through the Company’s operating subsidiaries, TAM Linhas Aereas S.A. (TAM Linhas Aereas) and Transportes Aereos del Mercosur S.A.
