Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) Confirms All Substantive Commercial Terms

Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) has confirmed all substantive commercial terms related to the potential sale of Volvo Car Corporation to Zheijang Geely Holding Group Company Limited.  Both companies anticipate the sale agreement to be signed during the first quarter of 2010, and close during the second quarter of 2010.  Ford does not intend to retain a shareholding in the business post sale.
