Carrollton Bancorp has appointed Mark A. Semanie as Senior VP and CFO. Mr. Semanie will assume the position on January 4, 2010. He will serve as the top financial officer and as a member of the executive team for Carrollton. Mr. Semanie will succeed Mr. Francis X. Ryan, who served as Interim CFO during the latter part of the fourth quarter.
