SAIC (NYSE: SAI) Receives $10M Air Force Contract

Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI) said Monday it has received a defense contract worth as much as $10 million from the U.S. Air Force, according to Associated Press.

 

The contract for strategic planning, program support and other services runs one year with an option for a second. SAIC said the total value comes to $10 million if the option is exercised.

The company said most of the work will take place at Barksdale Air Force Base in Shreveport, LA.

 

SAIC shares rose 3 cents to $19.06 in morning trading.
