In a statement, Nokia said the ITC complaint accuses Apple of infringing its patents "in virtually all of its mobile phones, portable music players, and computers."
The battle between the companies began in October, when Nokia sued Apple for patent infringement. Apple fired back in early December with a lawsuit against Nokia that alleged the latter violated 13 Apple-held patents.
Stocks of Nokia were up 10 cents, or .79 percent, to $12.80 while Apple shares fell $2.16, or 1 percent, to $209.45.
