Investment Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: ITG) said Tuesday that Chief Financial Officer Howard Naphtali plans to retire Feb. 3.
Naphtali will be replaced by Steven Vigliotti, 42, currently the CFO of NYFIX Inc., which was bought out by NYSE Euronext Inc. this year.

Naphtali, 56, joined Investment Technology Group, which designs automated trading tools for investors, in 1997.
Its shares rose 21 cents to $20.08 in morning trading.
