The contract, the second such award on the US Air Force target program, includes a 5-year production span.
The contract includes Command and Control Transponders, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Transponders, Power Distribution Assemblies, Electro-Explosive Devices, and Integrated Flight Controllers.
Shares of Herley Industries, which designs and makes microwave technology solutions for the defense, aerospace and medical industries worldwide, added 16 cents to $13.70 in afternoon trading.
