Time Warner Cable Inc. says they will submit to compulsory settlement to resolve a fee dispute with the Fox network.
Warner CEO Glenn Britt announced the company has decided to take whatever provisions required of them in order to provide continued Fox access to its users.
Fox believes Warner is in the wrong and needs to compensate them more appropriately for broadcast signals retransmitted to Time Warner Cable subscribers.
The agreement in effect at present will expire Thursday at midnight, which had some concerned they would lose their access to college football, or more specifically the highly anticipated Sugar Bowl this coming Friday.
Fox has announced they will come to a decision on whether or not to accept the offer later today.
