Maddock reached out to some of those in the list and got lots of great ideas for improving next year’s edition. Through a long conversation with Brendan Cooper – a London based social media consultant - Maddock was able to come up with some good ideas for how to measure the influence of social media experts.
Smarter Social Media is in the process of developing the “Smarter Social Media Influence Index”. This will be done through gathering information around the web to be able to rank the influence of these so-called social media gurus. Smarter Social Media would definitely like to hear your thoughts and/or suggestions.
