CORRE Enters Binding Partnership Agreement With TG Engineering for Development of New Company in Canada

Canadian Oil Recovery & Remediation Enterprises, Ltd. (TSX-V: CVR) (CORRE) has achieved another significant milestone in building a strong foundation for the company's long term plans. The company entered a binding agreement with TG Engineering Inc. (TGE). The agreements provides for the creation of a new company in Canada, named CORRE-TG Inc., with equal partnership by both CORRE and TGE. The CORRE-TG joint venture will provide services including gas compression processing and treating, oil and water processing, liquids handling, power and cogeneration, utility systems facilities and LPG recovery.
